Margaret Cupples Named a Mississippi Business Journal “Leader in Law”

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Margaret Oertling Cupples, managing partner of the firm’s Jackson office, has been selected as one of Mississippi Business Journal’s 2016 Leaders in Law. Ms. Cupples and each of the 2016 honorees were formally honored during an awards dinner and ceremony on December 13.

Ms. Cupples focuses on civil appeals and commercial litigation. Her practice centers on asbestos, benzene and silica mass-tort and products liability cases, and also includes insurance sales practices, consumer finance, and general commercial litigation. She has participated in more than two-dozen appeals in Mississippi's Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to her Leaders in Law distinction, Ms. Cupples is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Appellate Law and Products Liability Litigation, and in Benchmark Litigation as a Litigation Star and one of the top 250 Business Women in Litigation.
