Bradley Attorneys Lindy Brown and Molly Walker Named to Portico Jackson Magazine’s 2017 ‘Portico 10’

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that firm attorneys Lindy D. Brown and Molly M. Walker have been named to Portico Jackson magazine’s seventh annual “Portico 10” list of the top 10 up-and-coming attorneys in the Jackson metro area.

“We congratulate Lindy and Molly on this recognition of their success and achievements,” said Bradley’s Jackson Office Managing Partner Margaret Oertling Cupples. “Both are stand-out performers in our Jackson office, carrying on the tradition for other Bradley attorneys who have been named to the ‘Portico 10’ over the last few years.”

The “Portico 10” honorees were nominated by past winners, local law firms and community organizations, and were selected by a panel of judges. Candidates were evaluated on their professional accomplishments, community involvement and notable cases.

Ms. Brown serves as counsel with the firm and focuses her practice on commercial, tort and general litigation. She also is an active member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Junior League of Jackson. In addition, she donates her time to the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, through which she has handled divorce cases and obtained guardianships for children on a pro bono basis. Ms. Brown earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) from Rhodes College.

A senior attorney with the firm, Ms. Walker practices in the litigation, financial services, and life sciences groups. Her practice concentrates on product liability defense, representing financial institutions and mortgage companies in civil litigation matters, and complex commercial disputes. She has gained extensive experience in e-discovery and managing complex commercial and tort litigation. Ms. Walker also is active in the community and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. She earned her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Millsaps College.
