Bradley Partner Mike Pennington to Testify before Advisory Committee on Civil Rules on Proposed Amendments to Rule 23

Bradley attorney Mike Pennington is scheduled to testify on February 16 before the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules regarding recently proposed amendments to Rule 23. The proposals primarily affect Rule 23 provisions governing class action settlements. Pennington is chair of Bradley’s Class Action team and currently serves as chair of the DRI Class Action Task Force.
