Bradley Honored at 15th Annual M&A Advisor Awards for Corporate & Strategic Deal of the Year (Over $500MM)
Bradley was recognized by The M&A Advisor for their work on behalf of Community Health Systems in the spinoff of Quorum Health Corporation and the disposition of 38 hospitals. The spin-off was the first public spin-off by a hospital company in more than 15 years and the first to occur in the contemporary healthcare regulatory environment.
