Bradley Partner Todd Presnell Accepted as American Board of Trial Advocates Member
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Todd Presnell, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has been accepted as a member of the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
“We congratulate Todd on his nomination and acceptance as a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates,” said Bradley’s Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “ABOTA membership is limited to those with significant trial experience, and Todd’s successful trial practice and professionalism justify this recognition.”
ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the right to civil jury trial provided by the Seventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Mr. Presnell has served as lead counsel in federal and state courts across the country, including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Texas. He has handled numerous bench and jury trials and argued before the Sixth, Seventh and Tenth U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals and Tennessee appellate courts.
Mr. Presnell earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Memphis Law Review.
