Erin Illman Earns Certified Information Privacy Professional Credential
Bradley is pleased to announce that Erin Jane Illman, an attorney in the firm’s Charlotte office, has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential in the United States through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Lumsden. “This highly regarded certification represents Erin’s knowledge and experience in advising clients on a variety of privacy and information security compliance issues.”
Ms. Illman has more than a decade of experience representing corporate entities, technology companies and financial institution clients in a wide variety of regulatory compliance, litigation and contract matters. Her practice combines her technology, financial and corporate entity experience and is focused on helping companies navigate compliance and litigation risks associated with information security, digital services and products, cybersecurity, e-commerce and data privacy.
Ms. Illman earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Accredited by the American National Standards Institute, the CIPP is recognized as a leading, global privacy and data protection credentialing program. The CIPP/US designates professionals who demonstrate a strong foundation in U.S. private-sector privacy laws and regulations and understanding of the legal requirements for the responsible transfer of sensitive personal data to/from the United States, the European Union and other jurisdictions.
