J. Andrew Robison among Winners of M&A Advisor’s 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that J. Andrew Robison, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, is among the recipients of the M&A Advisor’s 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards.

Chair of Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group and co-chair of the firm’s Family-Owned Business Team, Mr. Robison advises primarily privately held companies and private equity funds and their operating companies in formation, merger and acquisition, and corporate finance transactions. He also represents publicly traded clients in these matters, as well as in securities offerings, divestitures, joint ventures, proxy contests and general corporate and securities law issues.
The Emerging Leaders Awards recognize and celebrate the achievements of young M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. The program began as the 40 Under 40 Awards in the United States in 2010 and later became the Emerging Leader Awards upon expansion to the United Kingdom and Europe. An independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders determined the winners, who will be celebrated at a black tie awards gala Sept. 19 in New York City.
