Angela Holt and Patricia Head Moskal Named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2017 Top 250 Women in Litigation List

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that firm partners Angela Holt and Patricia Head Moskal have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2017 Top 250 Women in Litigation list. Both attorneys have been recognized on Benchmark’s Top 250 Women in Litigation list annually since 2012.

The list honors leading female litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history and have earned high respect from their peers and clients.

Based in the firm’s Huntsville, Ala., office, Ms. Holt is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She focuses her practice on litigation involving intellectual property, as well as commercial, business, and high technology issues. A registered patent attorney, she has prepares and prosecutes patent application, copyright applications, and trademark applications. She also handles cases involving trade secrets, government contracting disputes (including bid protests), domain name disputes, breach of contract, employee disputes, and restrictive covenants. Ms. Holt earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.

Ms. Moskal works from the firm’s Nashville, Tenn., office, and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She has more than 30 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer handling business and commercial disputes. She has a particular focus in state and local tax litigation, appellate litigation, and government contracts and bid protests. She also has significant experience with all types of business disputes, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and municipal law matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.

Attorneys named to the 2017 Top 250 Women in Litigation list were selected through several phases of research, including review of the nominees’ recent case work, peer review in which researchers considered who attorneys at peer legal institutions might rank the nominees, and consideration of client feedback on the nominees’ performances.
