Anna Minkinow Joins Birmingham Office in Corporate and Securities Practice Group

Bradley is pleased to announce that Anna K. Minkinow has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Ms. Minkinow advises public and private companies in a wide array of corporate transactions across industries. Among other matters, she counsels clients regarding state and federal securities law disclosure and compliance, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and entity formation.

Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Minkinow was an associate with a prominent Denver law firm and worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
