Bradley Welcomes Jamie Lipsitz as Construction Associate in Houston

Bradley is pleased to announce that Jamie C. Lipsitz has joined the firm’s Houston office as an associate in the Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group.

“We welcome Jamie to our firm and look forward to her contributions in helping to manage our construction clients’ business and legal challenges,” said Bradley’s Houston Office Managing Partner Ian P. Faria.

Ms. Lipsitz represents construction clients in mediations, breach of contract disputes, and employment matters. Her practice includes reviewing and negotiating master service agreements, commercial leases, employment agreements and confidentiality agreements, as well as drafting appellate briefs. She also has significant experience representing and advising clients with respect to insurance coverage issues. Ms. Lipsitz earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Amherst College.
