Sarah Clark Hannah Receives 2017 Nashville Emerging Leader Award

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Clark Hannah, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has received the 2017 Nashville Emerging Leader Award for Legal Services from the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and YP Nashville.

Ms. Hannah is among 14 winners chosen from 70 finalists representing different industry areas. The award recognizes professional achievements, demonstrated leadership and community impact.

“We are proud of Sarah’s contributions to the Nashville community as a young professional and we congratulate her as a recipient of the 2017 Nashville Emerging Leader Award,” said Bradley’s Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh.

A member of Bradley’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group, Ms. Hannah provides a full range of transactional and strategic support to clients with matters involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private securities, venture capital, recapitalizations, and other corporate matters. Her practice focuses on the healthcare, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration (summa cum laude) from Belmont University.

Ms. Hannah’s community and legal involvements include YP Nashville (chair, 2016-2017), Sexual Assault Center (vice-chair and board member), New Level Community Development Corporation (board member), Association for Corporate Growth, American Health Lawyers Association, Leadership Health Care, American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, and Lawyers Association for Women.

YP Nashville is a partnership between the Nashville Chamber and 50 young professional organizations that works to connect young professionals to opportunities for networking, professional development and community involvement.
