Ann Peldo Cargile Receives WCRE Nashville 2017 Legacy Award
Bradley is pleased to announce that Ann Peldo Cargile, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, has received the 2017 Legacy Award from Women in Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) Nashville.
“The firm congratulates Ann as the 2017 recipient of the Women in Commercial Real Estate Nashville’s Legacy Award,” said Bradley’s Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “This is tremendous recognition for Ann who has been a visionary and leader among women in real estate law.”
The Legacy Award recognizes a WCRE member who exemplifies the highest standards of professional, social and cultural leadership and who has given freely of time and energy to the promotion of excellence in commercial real estate. A member of WCRE since 1993, Ms. Cargile has been and continues to be a great role model for women who are striving to learn, move up in their companies, and be known as experts in the commercial real estate profession, according to WCRE.
WCRE works to further enhance the role of women in the commercial real estate profession and women’s leadership contributions to the growth and future of Nashville.
A member of Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Cargile represents parties in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, finance and joint ventures. Through her national leasing practice, she serves as counsel to landlords and tenants in both lease negotiation and lease enforcement. In addition, she represents lenders in placing financing and has significant experience assisting borrowers in negotiating favorable loan terms and advising borrowers when projects become distressed. Ann also advises parties on structuring joint ventures to best advantage.
Ms. Cargile is a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. She also is a frequent speaker and has written numerous articles for national legal publications on real estate-related topics. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
