Kristi Wilcox Arth Receives DRI Young Lawyers Award
Bradley is pleased to announce that Kristi Wilcox Arth, an attorney in the firm’s Nashville office, has received a 2017 Outstanding Committee Chair Award from the DRI Young Lawyers Committee.
Ms. Arth was recognized at DRI’s Annual Meeting in October for her service as chair of the Wellness Subcommittee for the DRI Young Lawyers Committee over the last year.

A member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Arth handles a wide variety of litigation and intellectual property matters for individuals, small and large companies, tax-exempt organizations and governmental entities. Her cases in federal and state court involve trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, governmental tort liability, government contracts, negligence, employment issues and shareholder disputes, among other issues.
Ms. Arth’s practice also involves handling transactional matters related to clients’ intellectual property portfolios. These include licensing deals; trademark prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; international, federal and state trademark applications and maintenance; copyright registrations; and website development and use agreements.
Ms. Arth received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University where she was named to The Order of the Coif. She also holds a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) from the University of Alabama.
