Bradley attorney Aron Beezley was quoted in Bloomberg Government on the outlook for contractors in 2018. Some contracts attorneys predict that a new Small Business Administration mentor-protégé program that has received positive contractor reviews might be in for a banner new year. The SBA's expanded All Small Mentor-Protégé Program is designed to be open to all contractors defined by the agency as “small,” as opposed to the single category of disadvantaged businesses the mentor-protégé program originally was designed to help.

Word of mouth, and growing contractor realization of the program's inclusiveness, will only trip “another boom in 2018,” explained Beezley.

“This is the future of small-business contracting,” he said.
