Dennis Núñez Joins Huntsville Office as Senior Patent Attorney

Bradley is pleased to announce that Dennis H. Núñez has joined the firm’s Huntsville office and Intellectual Property Practice Group as a senior attorney.

“We are pleased to welcome Dennis to our diversified team of more than 20 registered patent attorneys,” said Bradley’s Huntsville Office Managing Partner Frank M. Caprio, who also chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. “Dennis brings extensive patent law knowledge and an electrical engineering technical background to help our technology clients protect and enforce their intellectual property rights.”

With over a decade of experience as a patent attorney, Mr. Núñez has drafted more than 200 U.S. utility patent applications focused on the electrical arts, as well as U.S. trademark and patent applications related to electrical and mechanical technology. He has prosecuted patent applications and managed patent prosecution of foreign patent applications filed in China and Europe. In addition, Mr. Núñez has negotiated settlement agreements for disputes involving commercial, trademark, trade secret and copyright litigation. He also has provided IP litigation support and advised clients regarding prospective IP litigation.

Mr. Núñez recently was a patent attorney with Withrow & Terranova, PLLC, in Cary, N.C. He also previously practiced at law firms in Nashville, Tenn. Prior to his law career, he worked as a math/systems analyst and electrical engineer in Huntsville. Mr. Núñez earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama.
