Mabry Rogers and David Owen Named 2018 BTI Client Service All-Stars

Bradley is pleased to announce that E. Mabry Rogers and David W. Owen, partners in the firm’s Birmingham office and Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group, have been named 2018 BTI Client Service All-Stars for providing superior client service.

Mr. Owen and Mr. Rogers were recognized in the practice area of Construction Litigation and Disputes. Bradley is one of only 72 law firms with two or more attorneys selected as 2018 BTI Client Service All-Stars, which is in its 17th year. This year’s 328 All-Stars were identified by corporate counsel through interviews and other research conducted by BTI Consulting Group on how clients acquire, manage and evaluate their professional service providers.

Mr. Rogers has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star four out of the last five years. He focuses his practice in complex construction or procurement matters. He has been involved in a great deal of complex litigation and arbitration throughout the country and in foreign jurisdictions and has assisted in negotiations of large construction projects at the front-end, representing owners, lenders, designers and contractors. He also frequently has served as an arbitrator and as a mediator. He received his J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Yale University.

Mr. Owen leads Bradley’s Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Energy Team. As an attorney who is also a registered professional engineer, he represents contractors, subcontractors, engineers and owners in private and government contract matters. His practice has concentrations in energy, industrial, commercial building, hospital, highway, and geotechnical and civil site development. He received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Engineering.
