Seth Muse Joins Birmingham Office as Associate

Bradley is pleased to announce that Seth I. Muse has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as an associate and a member of Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

“We welcome Seth to Bradley’s Birmingham office,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Beau Grenier. “Seth helps further bolster our team of experienced attorneys who support our firm’s business and financial clients in diverse corporate and transactional matters.”

Mr. Muse represents private equity firms and privately held businesses in the areas of formation, growth investments, financing transactions and general corporate governance. His clients engage in a wide range of industries, including SaaS, cloud hosting, retail, commercial service providers and manufacturing.

Mr. Muse’s experience also includes assisting manufacturing clients, in particular automotive manufacturers, in all phases of the manufacturing process, including supplier negotiations, customer contracts, joint ventures and corporate compliance.

Mr. Muse received his J.D. (cum laude) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) from Flagler College.
