Katherine Blankenship Joins Nashville Office as Associate
Bradley is pleased to announce that Katherine H. Blankenship has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an associate in the Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group.
“We are pleased to welcome Katie to our firm where she is a great addition to our Nashville-based team of attorneys serving our construction industry clients,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh.
Ms. Blankenship represents real estate owners and developers in construction disputes involving design errors, defects, delays, inefficiency, unforeseen site conditions, and cost overruns. Her practice primarily focuses on alternative dispute resolution, including multi-party arbitrations and mediations. She counsels clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, internal corporate investigations and government enforcement actions. Ms. Blankenship’s experience also includes international law, as well as healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and private residential construction disputes.
Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Blankenship was a litigation attorney at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP.
Ms. Blankenship received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from Belmont University College of Law. She also holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Santa Cruz.
