Bradley attorney Matt Lembke was interviewed by MSNBC regarding Justice Anthony Kennedy’s recent retirement announcement. Lembke, who clerked for Justice Kennedy on the U.S. Supreme Court from 1992 to 1993, was not surprised by the announcement and says Kennedy was the “swing vote” in many landmark cases.
