Bradley attorneys Jeff Davis, Ian Faria, Mary Frazier and Peter Scaff were featured in a Law360 article on the Houston office’s growth and expansion efforts. Faria said that the firm picked up the three energy industry attorneys [Davis, Frazier and Scaff] as part of a strategic growth plan for Bradley’s Energy Practice Group, which is strong in solar, wind and other renewable sources.

“We just couldn’t be any more excited to have them join us,” Faria said of the three attorneys, who started working at the firm on July 20. “They’ve hit the ground running and so far, the only thing that we can do is continue to help them grow and position themselves in the Houston and Texas market.”

Davis explained that he, Scaff and Frazier joined up because Bradley’s strong construction practice dovetails with their energy service practice.

“Their foundation that they’ve established in Houston makes a perfect opportunity for the three of us to grow our practices and do what we enjoy doing,” he said. “It was a very tough decision initially, but once we made it, we’re very comfortable and confident that it’s the right decision for all three of us at this point in our careers.”

Davis, who served as vice chair of his previous firm’s energy litigation practice group, and Scaff, who has extensive experience in energy industry litigation, serve as co-chairs of Bradley’s Oil and Gas Law team. Frazier serves on Bradley’s Texas Growth and Expansion Task Force.
