Lela Hollabaugh, Angela Holt and Patricia Head Moskal Named among Benchmark’s Top 250 Women in Litigation
Bradley is pleased to announce that firm partners Lela M. Hollabaugh, Angela Holt and Patricia Head Moskal have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2018 Top 250 Women in Litigation list.
The honorees have earned high respect from their peers and clients and are considered to be among the leading female litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful litigation matters.

A member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group and managing partner of the firm’s Nashville, Tenn., office, Ms. Hollabaugh has served as the lead trial lawyer in more than a dozen jury trials, as well as more than two dozen bench trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings. She advises leading natural gas pipeline companies and other infrastructure clients on issues involving location, land acquisition, construction and operations. She also represents leading pharmaceutical, medical device and other manufacturers in matters ranging from individual lawsuits to mass tort cases. Ms. Hollabaugh has served in several leadership positions in legal, industry and government organizations, including her current roles as general counsel to the Nashville Bar Association and a trustee of the Nashville Bar Foundation. She received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.
A member of Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and based in the firm’s Huntsville, Ala., office, Ms. Holt focuses her practice on litigation involving intellectual property, as well as commercial, business and high technology issues. A registered patent attorney, she has handled cases involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, government contracting disputes (including bid protests), domain name disputes, breach of contract, employee disputes, and restrictive covenants. Ms. Holt received her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.
A member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group and based in the firm’s Nashville office, Ms. Moskal has more than 30 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer handling business and commercial disputes. She has a particular focus in state and local tax litigation, appellate litigation, and government contracts and bid protests. She also has significant experience with all types of business disputes, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and municipal law matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University.
Benchmark determined the Top 250 Women in Litigation through extensive research, including review of the nominees’ recent case work, consideration of how attorneys at peer legal institutions might rank them, and client feedback on their performances.
