Casey Miller Selected for 2019 NBF Leadership Forum Class
Bradley is pleased to announce that Casey L. Miller, an associate in the firm’s Nashville office, has been selected for the 2019 class of the Nashville Bar Foundation (NBF) Leadership Forum.
“We congratulate Casey on her achievements that have earned her a place among the 2019 class of the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “We look forward to Casey’s future leadership contributions to our firm and to the local legal community at large.”
Now in its fifth year, the NBF’s Leadership Forum offers members the opportunity to learn, collaborate, network, and serve the local community and the legal profession. The program is intended for lawyers with three to eight years of experience, encourages diversity in the practice of law, and is designed to aid in building relationships among attorneys with diverse backgrounds and practices. The nine-month professional development program runs from September through May 2019.
A member of Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Miller represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. She focuses her practice on business tort litigation, contract disputes, fiduciary-duty claims involving corporate directors and officers, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation, disputes over non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and real estate litigation. She also represents organizations and individuals in government and internal investigations, advises clients in regulatory compliance matters, and handles related litigation and white-collar defense matters.
Ms. Miller received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration (summa cum laude) from the University of Georgia.
