Bradley Partner Richard Warren Selected to Serve on New Nashville Metro Council Committee

Bradley attorney Richard Warren has been selected by Nashville’s Metro Council to serve on the council’s Tax Increment Financing Committee. The committee was formed to review how Nashville uses its most common developer incentives. The group of seven will study how the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) disperses tax-increment financing. Its goal is to draft recommendations for making the distributions more transparent, equitable and understandable.
