Tom Trent Elected to ACMA Board of Regents
Bradley is pleased to announce that J. Thomas Trent Jr. was elected to the Board of Regents of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). A partner in the firm’s Nashville office, Mr. Trent is a member of Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group and Chair of the firm’s Economic Development Practice Group.
Elected at the ACMA’s annual meeting Oct. 13 in Tucson, Ariz., Mr. Trent will serve a three-year term. The Board of Regents is the governing body of the ACMA, which is made up of more than 400 real estate finance mortgage law attorneys in North America.

With almost 40 years of experience in real estate and economic development law, Mr. Trent represents clients regionally and nationally, including major manufacturing companies, corporate users of commercial real estate, institutional investors, developers, and lenders. Bradley’s Economic Development Practice Group that Mr. Trent chairs has been “Top Listed” in the nation by The Best Lawyers in America® and U.S. News and World Reports for five years in a row.
Mr. Trent received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Wabash College.
