Bradley attorney Whitt Steineker was quoted in Hemp Industry Daily on how long it could take for Main Street merchants to pick up CBD products. Mass-market retailers are waiting on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to give additional assurances that foods, drugs and cosmetics are approved.
“What the FDA says, goes,” said Steineker.
“Unfortunately, we’re kind of in a wait-and-see” posture on CBD, he explained.
