Bradley is well represented with the CLSA, which presented its 2018 Law Firm Award to Bradley for “high acumen and ability in construction law, construction arbitration, surety and/or other construction-related fields.” In addition, E. Mabry Rogers, a Bradley partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, currently serves as president of the CLSA.
A member of Bradley’s Construction Practice Group, Mr. Symon practices in the areas of construction and government contract law. He assists clients in such matters as protesting government procurement decisions, interpreting the Federal Acquisition Regulation, prosecuting claims under the Contract Disputes Act, and ensuring compliance with ethical obligations. He has litigated contract disputes throughout the country in federal and state forums in a wide variety of complex construction claims. Mr. Symon is listed in the 2019 edition of Who’s Who Legal: Construction, which only includes attorneys who are highly recommended by peers and clients.
The CLSA is an invitation-only, international honorary association of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields. Membership is limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and around the world. Attorneys are selected and invited into CLSA Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in construction law, along with ethical reputation.
