Carolyne Jones Hess Joins Birmingham Office as Real Estate Associate
Bradley is pleased to announce that Carolyne Jones Hess has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Ms. Hess counsels public and private clients on a range of transactional matters, including commercial real estate, real estate based financing, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues, and other corporate matters. She advises and represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers on acquisitions, development, and leasing transactions across the country.
Prior to joining Bradley, Ms. Hess was an attorney with Adams and Reese LLP. She also formerly practiced at Hand Arendall LLC.
As a law student, Ms. Hess participated in Alabama Law’s Federal Externship Program in Washington, D.C., serving as a law clerk for the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. Senate. She also had legal internships with various public and private sector organizations, including the Federal Trade Commission and AT&T.
Ms. Hess received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
