Bradley has created a new position to lead the firm’s inclusion and diversity efforts across all its offices. The Director of Inclusion and Diversity will support the firm’s recruitment, training and retention of a diverse and talented workforce and will help actively promote a workplace culture that reflects Bradley’s core values of inclusion and respect. Working closely with Bradley’s Managing Partner and the Inclusion and Diversity Committee, the new director will implement the Inclusion and Diversity Strategic Plan and create mentoring and sponsoring relationships for diverse employees to ensure equal access to critical development, training and leadership opportunities. The director will also establish relationships with community leaders and organizations that share Bradley’s core values and advance the firm’s inclusion and diversity goals.
