Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Attorney Amandeep S. Kahlon Rejoins Birmingham Office
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Amandeep S. Kahlon has rejoined the firm’s Birmingham office as an associate in the Construction and Procurement Practice Group, as well as the Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Practice Group.

Mr. Kahlon represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors on a wide variety of disputes. He advises clients on delay, interference, defective design and negligence claims. In addition, Mr. Kahlon has substantial compliance experience in consumer financial services. He has assisted in the development of audit testing programs and foreclosure policies and procedures for a multitude of clients. He also regularly participates in the auditing of clients' foreclosure practices.
Mr. Kahlon earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and also holds a B.A. from Washington University.
