Harold Stephens Elected to Serve as President of Mental Health Board

Harold Stephens was elected to serve as President of the Huntsville/Madison County Mental Health Board. Harold has served on the Board for a total of more than 15 years and previously served as President in 1987-88. Incorporated in 1968, this Act 310 Board governs the Mental Health Center of Madison County, Alabama. The Center provides a wide array of mental health services and programs to serve the community. Last year the Center provided services to more than 7,000 children, adolescents and adults, many of whom could not have afforded services elsewhere.
