Subrogation Waivers

Arlan Lewis, a partner in BABC’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups, co-authored an article featured in the Fall 2011 issue of The Construction Lawyer entitled “Subrogation Waivers.” The Construction Lawyer is the quarterly Journal of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry (the largest organization of construction lawyers in the United States and abroad) and is widely circulated throughout the construction industry.
