Part of Bradley Arant’s Policyholder Insurance Coverage Team’s six-part Maximize Your Company's Insurance Coverage Webinar Series, the “Mind the Gap: Nuts and Bolts of Indemnity Provisions” webinar, led by Stewart Cox, addressed the fundamentals of drafting and enforcement of indemnity provisions, primarily in the procurement of goods and services contractual context. The focus was on spotting issues such as identifying the indemnifiable risk, choice of law, choice of key language, anticipating joint liability scenarios and interrelationship with insurance requirements and other contract provisions.

This was the second of a two-part series addressing the contract insurance and indemnity provisions for third-party claims arising out of contract performance.
