Bradley attorney Jordan Stivers Luke contributed to the newly published Health Information Technology (HIT) Contracting Toolkit for the American Health Law Association (AHLA). HIT lies at the crossroads between health care transactional and regulatory law. Attorneys in this area must be proficient at drafting and negotiating contracts, while also understanding the complex regulatory landscape. The toolkit provides many useful resources, including sample agreements and checklists, government guidance and other resources to help HIT attorneys successfully navigate these issues.

The HIT Contracting Toolkit is available to members of AHLA's Health Information Technology Practice Group.
