Matthew Agnew advises healthcare companies on legal issues pertaining to business transactions and regulatory compliance, and defends healthcare companies against fraud, waste, and abuse allegations. Matthew works with healthcare companies to develop practical, business-oriented solutions for healthcare compliance issues, counsels healthcare companies on the buying and selling process, and defends clients against government and third-party payer allegations.
