Kristen Brenchley’s practice focuses on consumer financial services law and regulation pertaining to the mortgage industry, as well as a variety of other consumer finance institutions. She is a member of the Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Team and has experience assisting clients with state and federal regulatory compliance issues, as well as managing complex licensing matters.
While in law school, Kristen worked at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the Enforcement Division. Prior to starting law school, she worked at The White House. Kristen also performs pro bono work in partnership with the Tahirih Justice Center.
