Cullen Brown joined the firm’s Huntsville office in 2015 as a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He advises businesses and nonprofits concerning a range of matters including corporate and nonprofit governance, entity formation and commercial transactions. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and loan workouts.
Before moving to Huntsville, Cullen practiced commercial litigation in New Orleans for several years. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (magna cum laude), he served as an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. He also received a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in Journalism from the University of Alabama.
