Lindy Brown has worked on cases across the country and in numerous jurisdictions representing clients involved in multidistrict litigation. Lindy has substantial experience representing pharmaceutical and agricultural companies in products liability cases.
Lindy has experience in commercial real estate litigation. She has also represented real estate developers, business owners and lenders in commercial transactions and has provided representation on real estate matters for estate planning purposes. She is co-editor of the Newsletter of the Real Property Section of the Mississippi Bar.
Lindy is a member of the firm’s Mass Claim Management Task Force, with a focus on the streamlined delivery of legal and vendor services for clients facing complex litigation. She has co-authored several Daubert update articles for DRI and has an active pro bono practice representing clients through the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. Prior to entering private practice, Lindy served as a law clerk to the Hon. William H. Barbour.
