Hope Cannon has significant experience handling a variety of complex commercial, employment and product litigation matters covering several industries, from real estate and finance to construction and personal injury. The clients she has represented over the years include state boards of education, universities, retailers, land developers, financial institutions, manufacturer and insurance brokers. She is admitted in Florida, Texas and Alabama, and represents clients in both federal and state courts in those jurisdictions. Hope has tried numerous cases and argued before several appellate courts. Additionally, she provides in-house training to clients on a variety of topics, including how to adequately prepare corporate witnesses for depositions, protecting attorney-client and work product privileges, and protecting confidential information.
Hope is a litigator who enjoys working with her clients to get cases ready for trial. She is comfortable handling general breach of contract cases, as well as more complex litigation.
