Colin Dean has wide-ranging experience representing national and regional financial services companies and mortgage loan servicers in both individual and class-action lawsuits across the country, including Alabama, Florida and North Carolina. He assists his clients in assessing the validity and strengths of each case or dispute and works collaboratively with his clients to create an aggressive yet cost-effective strategy for successfully resolving these matters, always keeping the needs and objectives of each individual business as a top priority.

Colin has a strong understanding of both commercial and residential lending laws and routinely helps guide his clients through a wide array of state and federal law claims, including those arising out of the FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA. Colin has also assisted clients with general commercial litigation and contract disputes, as well as products liability tort claims.

Colin has experience assisting his clients as the lead attorney in all stages of civil litigation, including discovery and electronically stored information disputes, depositions, dispositive motion practice, and trial.
