Stephanie focuses her practice on construction and policyholder insurance coverage. She represents general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in the prosecution and defense of claims on a variety of construction projects. Her construction experience includes delay and impact claims, extra work claims, indemnity claims, terminations, and construction defect claims. In the insurance context, she also handles commercial auto insurance matters including UM, UIM, and PIP for policyholders, and advises corporate policyholders on insurance recovery and risk management..
Before joining Bradley, Stephanie clerked for the Hon. Anthony C. Epstein of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She received her J.D. (cum laude) from William & Mary Law School, where she was managing editor of the William & Mary Journal of Women and the Law, and she earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in English from James Madison University.
