Colin Duffy is a trial attorney that focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and government enforcement matters. Colin has counseled a wide array of clients involved in business and criminal disputes and prides himself on resolving their issues and concerns.
Prior to joining Bradley, Colin worked as a trial attorney at a boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles and at an international law firm in both its Los Angeles and San Diego offices. He also served as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. While serving as a JAG, Colin was assigned as the labor attorney for an Army post and as a Senior Defense Counsel (SDC), where he was responsible for providing legal counsel to the 14,000 active-duty soldiers in his jurisdiction. As the SDC, he personally represented all soldiers facing courts-martial or administrative separation boards, gaining valuable trial experience.
Colin received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. (with honors) in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Hon. R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and was an active member in the Michigan Law Veterans Society.
After graduating college and before law school, Colin had the privilege to serve as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned the opportunity to lead a team of Marines in Afghanistan. Colin utilizes the lessons he learned on the battlefield to help him fight for his clients in and out of the courtroom.
