Susie Eaton’s general litigation practice focuses primarily on products liability cases on behalf of clients in the business, pharmaceutical and medical industries.

Susie joined Bradley in 2020 after working as a litigator in the fields of Medicaid compliance and healthcare, product, and pharmaceutical liability. Her experience includes handling complex nursing home cases and Medicaid and Medicare appeals in both the public and private sectors.

In addition, Susie served as a planning commissioner for the City of Oak Hill, Tennessee, from 2014-2017, and as a law clerk to the Hon. Laurance B. VanMeter, who currently presides as a Kentucky Supreme Court Judge. During law school, the State of Mississippi appointed Susie as a Bergstrom Fellow, and while in college, she was a member of the Honor Council and the Women’s Soccer Team.

Susie is licensed in Mississippi, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
