Sarah Fandrey is a partner in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents real estate investors and developers across the country in the acquisition, disposition, development, construction, leasing, and financing of real estate projects. Sarah has particular experience working with private equity firms and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the acquisition and development of marinas, luxury recreational vehicle resorts and parks, and leisure properties across the country. Sarah also has experience representing office, warehouse, shopping center, and multi-family housing developers with acquisitions and dispositions. She has significant shopping center leasing experience, and she serves as business counsel to clients, preparing corporate documents such as partnership agreements and limited liability company agreements, in addition to management agreements, brokerage agreements, dockage agreements, and other service contracts.
Sarah received her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, she served as an extern with Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge Mary Ann Medler for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Sarah also has her M.S.W. from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and her B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
