Rachel Parker Flynn is an associate in Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group. Her practice is focused on healthcare mergers and acquisitions for a wide range of healthcare clients, including hospitals, behavioral care providers, surgery centers, and physician practices.
In addition to her healthcare practice, she has advised non-healthcare clients in strategic acquisitions in the government contracting, construction, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration industries. Rachel advises clients in general corporate matters, such as incorporation, formation, and corporate and company governance. Rachel also has assisted publicly traded companies with securities offerings, spin-offs, and periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, she served as a senior editor for the Alabama Law Review, spent an academic year volunteering in the Entrepreneurial and Nonprofit Legal Clinic, and received the CALI award for the highest grade in Business Organizations. Prior to law school, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) from Lipscomb University, where she studied abroad in London, England, and interned for the Walt Disney Company.
