Rachel Parker Flynn is an associate in Bradley’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Her practice is focused on transactional matters involving a wide range of healthcare clients, including hospitals, behavioral care providers, and surgery centers.
She has advised private companies on general corporate matters, such as incorporation, formation, and corporate and company governance. Rachel also has assisted publicly traded companies with securities offerings, spin-offs, and periodic reporting required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, she served as a senior editor for the Alabama Law Review and spent an academic year volunteering in the Entrepreneurial and Nonprofit Legal Clinic. Rachel also earned a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) from Lipscomb University, where she studied abroad in London and interned for the Walt Disney Company.
