Assisted a corporation with the acquisition of a portfolio of gas stations in Florida for a purchase price of $67 million. Negotiated purchase and sale agreement for a $14 million assisted living facility in Florida. Represented an institutional investor in the purchase of a controlling interest in an existing joint venture that owned 15 rent-regulated multi-family properties in New York City and subsequently represented the new joint venture in connection with refinancing the portfolio. Represented an institutional investor in the purchase of a residential apartment building in San Francisco, California. Conducted due diligence on contracts and leases in connection with various transactions (e.g., change of control, length of term, fixed rent, renewal & purchase options, remaining tenant improvements, etc.).
