Kate Hawley represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, including commercial development and lending transactions. She assists in counseling all types of clients through the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial property, as well as the financing of commercial real estate. Kate has experience counseling clients in the self-storage space, as well as multi-family, student housing, mixed-use and retail, senior living, and healthcare sectors. She is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Banking and Finance Law.

While attending Emory University School of Law, Kate served as a managing editor for the Emory Law Journal (Vol. 65). She earned the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate from the Center for Transactional Law and Practice at Emory Law. In addition to graduating with honors, Kate received the ADR Conflict Resolution Book Award for the best overall performance in alternative dispute resolution courses.
