Warne Heath practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law and general litigation. He is a partner in the firm's Huntsville office. He has handled a broad range of civil litigation, both at the trial and appellate level. He assists employers with workplace investigations, policies and handbooks, defends federal employment discrimination claims, including claims of race, sex, disability, and age discrimination. He also handles wage and hour FLSA claims, OSHA investigations, worker's compensation and employment claims predicated on state law tort and contract theories. Warne has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2011, and was named Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” (2016) for Employment Law-Management for Huntsville, Alabama. He frequently speaks on topics relevant to employers, including recent presentations on ADA Title III compliance, business ethics, leadership training for managing difficult employees, and EEO training for supervisors.
