Ann Hill focuses her practice in business litigation and complex litigation. She has handled matters in trial and appellate courts throughout Alabama and across the country. She has been successful in representing private and publicly held corporations in all phases of high-stakes and complex litigation.
In particular, within the class action group, Ann has litigated a broad range of class action cases: from products liability actions to contract disputes to intentional torts. Ann’s business litigation practice is just as varied and includes insurance litigation, commercial litigation, financial services litigation, and products liability litigation. In serving her clients, Ann has drafted and argued dispositive motions, taken and defended depositions, managed discovery, and prepared for trial.
Ann graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007, and received her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2011. While in law school at the University of Alabama, she served as Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Ann is a member of the firm’s E-Discovery team and co-chair of the American Bar Association’s pretrial practice and discovery programming committee.
