Evelyn Hill is experienced in commercial law and private equity matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions and general business formation and corporate counseling. She advises clients on both traditional and creative capital investment structures including private equity, mezzanine debt, and distressed investing. Evelyn represents funds in their investments in portfolio companies, as well as portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions.
Evelyn works with clients in a variety of industries from renewable energy to healthcare. Her experience includes project finance matters, capital financing, acquisitions, divestitures, and syndications.
Evelyn received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Alabama editor of the Alabama Law Review and as the school representative to the American Bar Association. A Birmingham native and former Nashville resident, Evelyn is licensed in both Alabama and Tennessee, and her practice spans between Bradley’s Birmingham and Nashville offices.
