Brittany King is an associate in Bradley’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. She handles wage issues under the FLSA and discrimination under Title VII. She also provides advice and counsel on the benefits of employee-type and independent contractor-type relationships.
Brittany received her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a Chancellor’s Law Scholar. During her time in law school, Brittany served as a student attorney in the Youth Opportunity Clinic, where she represented teenagers and young adults who were at risk for criminal legal involvement. She earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Political Science from Auburn University.
